Standard Payment Terms

 All projects will be subject to their individual contracts.
 
Standard terms include:
Deposit of 50% of total contract price is due by start date of project, remaining balance due upon receipt of the job invoice.
 
Any unpaid balance not received within 30 days of invoice date will accrue an interest charge equal to 1.5% per month (18% APR).
 
Deposit is subject to a $125 non-refundable deposit if job is cancelled at least 7 days prior to start of project.  Projects cancelled within 7 days of the start date of the project will be charged for any materials or labor invested into project plus the $125 cancellation fee.
